The role of Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering several events ranging from small, such as Business After 5 meetings, to larger scale events, such as The Anzac Bay Summer Kick Off, Community Christmas Celebrations and The Great Waihī Beach Scavenger Hunt. You will also work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, to ensure the continued and cohesive promotion of Waihī Beach.

Expected Experience:

· Presenting and public speaking at local Community Events, Community Board and Council level
· Working with a diverse Community and a voluntary committee
· Financial Management
· Funding and sponsorship applications
· Initiative and teamwork
· Event preparation, management and promotion
· Marketing
