Waihi Beach Wellness offers one to one yoga sessions, online yoga and monthly yoga workshops. For stepping off the world for four hours – a mini yoga retreat with a combination of nurturing hatha yoga / yin yoga /restorative yoga to restore/ guided meditations/ deeply relaxing yoga nidra and a light, delicious, nourishing meal.
Half Day Retreats for Two – some yoga, a Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment each, a sauna or outside bath in bush, a delicious meal and a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session.
Treatments offered: Theta Healing (both online and in person); Jin Shin Jyutsu (gentle acupressure treatment to harmonise energy). Best to book online at your convenience, but you are welcome to contact Jeannette, if online bookings are not for you.
